All items are appropriately packaged using a combination of bubble wrap, cardboard, and biodegradable packing peanuts to ensure safe arrival. We do offer gift messages to be put into the packaging.

Yes! We are a small family business that handcrafts all of our items. Every item we offer is handmade with care.

For stained glass pieces:

With proper care your stained glass piece will last a lifetime. Always Handle the piece by the center or the hanging line. If a longer hanging line is required, use 10 pound test fishing line. A suction cup is not suggested for hanging stained glass pieces as, after time, it may not be able to handle the weight. A cup hook will be included with every purchase of a stained glass piece, and can be screwed into the window mounding for hanging. Stained glass can be cleaned with ammonia-free glass cleaner and a soft cloth. Wipe gently, especially around the edges. If your piece has any vinyl detail, please take extra care cleaning around those areas.
